Hi,
my name is Bruce Eekma and I am a marathon runner. To date I have
completed 25 marathons and the Canadian death race in 2000. All
this after the age off 50. A couple of weeks ago I ran the Blackfoot
ultra in Edmonton and was introduced to a drink called Eload. I
did not take this drink until I had gone already 25km, for me the
middle of the race and I was in trouble. (I usually drink maple
syrup with Gatorade because of the Potasiem but it made me sick).
Eload gave me a lift and I was able to complete my 50km race. I
went to my hotel after and phoned a cousen and we went out for the
evening and no pain. The very next day I drove back to Calgary and
again no pain. I was disappointed because I thought that I did not
try hard enough. Now I believe it was because of the Eload. I am
doing the Canadian death race solo again on August 4 2002 in Grande
cache Alberta at the age of 63 and hope to use Eload again to make
sure this is the drink for marathoners.
